Introduction to Physical Science
Physical Science is a
fundamental branch of science that studies non-living systems. It includes
sub-disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, and Astronomy. It
provides the basis for understanding natural phenomena and developing
technologies that enhance modern life.
Physical Science is a
crucial subject in the Joint CSIR-UGC NET examination, conducted for
eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship in
universities and colleges across India.
The Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination
is conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and consists of three
parts:
· Mode: Computer-Based Test
(CBT)
· Type of Questions: Multiple Choice
Questions (MCQs)
· Duration: 180 minutes (3
hours)
· Medium: Bilingual (Hindi
& English)
