Part 'A'
This part shall carry 20 questions pertaining to General Science, Quantitative Reasoning & Analysis and Research Aptitude. The candidates shall be required to answer any 15 questions. Each question shall be of two marks. The total marks allocated to this section shall be 30 out of 200.
Part 'B'

A: The maximum age limit for applying for the award
of JRF shall be 28 years as on 01.07.2023 which
is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/Third Gender/
PwD/Female candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL.
However, there is no upper age limit for those
applying for Lectureship/Assistant Professor.
The Question Paper will be bi-lingual, i.e., in
English and in Hindi.
In case of any discrepancy between English &
Hindi version of a question, English Version would
be considered as valid
